Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your FrontDeskClinic account and the data associated with it.

Last updated: August 21, 2026

How to request deletion

FrontDeskClinic accounts belong to clinic staff and are created by a clinic administrator, not by public sign-up. To delete your account and its associated data, send a request from the email address on the account to:

support@frontdeskclinic.com

Include the email address on the account and the name of your clinic. Your clinic administrator can also raise the request on your behalf. No account is required to contact us, and you do not need the mobile app installed to make this request.

What gets deleted

  • Your staff account, sign-in credentials and active sessions
  • Your name, email address and phone number as held on the account
  • Your mobile device registration tokens used to deliver incoming calls
  • Crash and diagnostic reports linked to your account

What we must retain

Clinical and business records belong to the clinic, not to an individual staff account. Patient records, appointment history, call and message logs, and billing records are retained by the clinic and are subject to healthcare record-retention law. Deleting your staff account removes your access and your personal account data; it does not delete the clinic's records. If you are a patient and want your records removed, contact your clinic directly.

How long it takes

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 90 days of the request. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
